Randolph faculty members are known for their passion for teaching and for their focus on students. With a 9:1 student-faculty ratio, Randolph offers an individualized educational experience enhanced by excellent student-faculty interaction and opportunities for collaborative learning and research.

Randolph is a learning community where a classic liberal arts education intersects with practical preparation for a rapidly-changing world. The Randolph Plan, a highly-individualized, four-year process of counseling and advising, enables students to explore their passions, learn to analyze information qualitatively and quantitatively, and communicate their findings effectively.

The rich academic program offers students the choice of Bachelor of Arts, Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Fine Arts degrees. A one-year Master of Arts in Teaching is an option. Students can choose from 34 majors and 44 minors as well as a unique design-your-own-major program. Offering 17 intercollegiate varsity athletic teams, Randolph is a member of the Old Dominion Athletic Conference.
