One of 12 U.S. colleges chosen as a model for the first-year undergraduate experience, West Virginia’s University of Charleston is an innovator. UC is nationally recognized for its outcomes-based “Learning Your Way” curriculum, which embeds Critical Thinking, Communication, Citizenship, Creativity and Innovation, Ethical Practice and Inquiry into courses in each major. This unique curriculum provides an opportunity for students to graduate in only 3 years and either enter graduate school sooner or start their career early.

One of the fastest-growing private colleges in America, UC has experienced record enrollment growth for six consecutive years and attracts students from 45 countries.
