The College provides high-quality, career focused education, offering 41 majors, including criminal justice, English, economics, psychology and all areas of business. The College also offers graduate and doctorate degrees.

GBC‘s 13 varsity sports teams participate in NCAA Division II as a member of the Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference.

Goldey-Beacom College

Goldey-Beacom College is a small, private, non-profit regional college located in the Pike Creek area of Wilmington, Delaware, halfway between New York City and Washington, D.C. We are considered a part of the Greater Philadelphia metropolitan area, situated on a safe, suburban residential campus.

Earn your Associate's, Bachelor's, or Master's degree in many areas of business and social sciences. Accounting, Finance, Psychology and Criminal Justice are just some of our most popular degrees. Following a recent move to cut our tuition in half, we offer one of the lowest net costs in the region.

When it comes to under-served communities, Goldey-Beacom ranks among the nation's best colleges for providing meaningful economic advancement — for the students who need it most. In fact, the Economic Mobility Index places GBC in the Top 20% of colleges nationwide! The Tier 1 schools recognized in this ranking help significant numbers of low-to moderate-income students achieve significant economic advancement with the degrees earned.

While our campus size and student body are small, GBC is big on meeting a college-bound student's expectations: Five residence halls, a newly-renovated dining facility, NCAA Division II athletics, plenty of campus activities, and a committed and caring faculty who are available for assistance whenever you need it. Our student body is rich in diversity, predominantly persons of color, with no race or ethnicity in the majority. A significant number of our students are international, giving every student the opportunity to see the world through different lenses.
