Earlham College Joins SAGE Tuition RewardsEarlham College, which combines very high academic rigor with Quaker-inspired principles of simplicity, peace, integrity, community and equality, is the newest member of SAGE Tuition Rewards. 23 Indiana private colleges and 21 members affiliated with Colleges That Change Lives now participate in the SAGE Enrollment Consortium.

An extraordinary national liberal arts college, Earlham ranks in the top five among 4,300 U.S. colleges and universities for percentage of diversity. Earlham draws its 1,060 undergraduates from 47 states and 54 countries. 21.5% of undergraduates are international. Students are among the most progressive and involved of any college in America, with more than 23,000 reported hours of community service last year.

Though among the top tier of U.S. private colleges, there is a distinct lack of elitism at Earlham. Students have enjoyed 50 years of study-abroad program. The
Earlham Program for an Integrated Curriculum (EPIC) offers funding for every student, regardless of major or background, that allows access to at least one opportunity in virtually any location in the world.

Earlham graduates have been chosen for 26 Fulbright awards during the past 10 years. The College ranks in the top 2% for the number of graduates who go on to earn PhD degrees. The 800-acre campus in Richmond, IN, includes woods, streams, ponds and prairies. 30% of students play intercollegiate sports; 50% participate in recreational sports. Earlham is the 70th SAGE member listed in The Princeton Review's 2020 edition of "The Best 385 Colleges."
