UHSP Joins SAGE Scholars Tuition Rewards

By SAGE Scholars — September 10, 2021

The University of Health Sciences and Pharmacy, ranked as the #1 college in the nation for return-on-investment over 15-year and 20-year periods (ahead of Harvard, MIT and Stanford), has joined the SAGE Scholars Tuition Rewards program. The median earnings of a UHSP student six years after graduation: $124,100.

Founded in 1864 as the St. Louis College of Pharmacy, UHSP offers its graduates an average long-term net present value of more than $2.7 million over the cost of attendance. The Georgetown University Center on Education and the Workforce conducted the study, using federal 40-year income data (versus costs of attendance) for graduates of 4,500 U.S. institutions that award bachelor's degrees.

USHP is located on the Medical Center campus of Washington University in St. Louis. The campus is a five-minute walk from Forest Park, home to the Saint Louis Art Museum, the Saint Louis Science Center and the Saint Louis Zoo. Excelling at research, UHSP receives more pharmacy grants from the National Institute of Health than any other private college. UHSP offers the option of a 7-year program that leads to a PharmD degree. Five regional hospitals offer internships to UHSP students.

UHSP athletes compete in the NAIA American Midwest Conference. The University is the 14th Missouri private college to participate in Tuition Rewards.
