Start Building Rewards Today!

As of January 1, 2026, SilverSneakers, and parent company Tivity Health, have chosen to discontinue the use of our Tuition Rewards program. While SilverSneakers no longer offers you the opportunity to earn Tuition Rewards based on your gym visits, your ability to support students you care about does not have to stop.

By registering, families can ensure their eligible students are enrolled in our FastTrak® program, where students can earn up to 24,000 Tuition Rewards Points for completing simple college readiness activities each year. These points are guaranteed minimum scholarships at participating private colleges and universities nationwide. It’s a simple way to stay on track with college planning and continue building scholarship value for your student’s future.

FastTrak is just one piece of the opportunity — families can also earn additional Tuition Rewards Points through programs designed to support smart college and financial planning, including access to our SAGE Scholars Preferred Financial Advisors.

Registration Bonus

Each sponsor who completes registration and activates their account will receive 500 Tuition Rewards Bonus Points! In addition, each eligible student that you register will also receive 500 Tuition Rewards Bonus Points!
