Enroll Your Employees

Employees register in under a minute, or provide a simple census file and SAGE Scholars handles the rest. We’ll even supply the employee handouts. Points never expire once earned.

Points Accrue Automatically

Each employee receives 2,000 Tuition Rewards Points annually — with a one-time 2,500 point bonus after year four. Every point equals $1.00 in guaranteed minimum tuition reduction at 440+ private colleges.

Families & Students Redeem

Employees can sponsor their children, grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and extended family. When a student applies to a member college, their Tuition Rewards statement becomes a guaranteed minimum scholarship.

You Pay Only a Small Annual Fee

Employers pay only a modest annual program fee — not the cost of the scholarships. SAGE Scholars handles all operations, reporting, and employee support. Zero investment liability.
