How Does it Work?

  • Earning Tuition Rewards
    Employees will receive 2,000 Tuition Rewards Points annually. After the fourth year, each employee will receive a one-time 2,500 Tuition Rewards Points as a bonus! Each Tuition Rewards Point is equal to a $1.00 guaranteed minimum reduction in tuition.
  • Student Beneficiaries
    Employees can not only sponsor their immediate children, but also grandchildren, nieces, nephews and other students in their extended families. Employees with no eligible children now can begin earning Tuition Rewards for use in the future! Once an employee earns Tuition Rewards, those points will never expire.
  • Easy to Manage
    We’ve designed our program to be simple and easy to manage. Employees can register in under a minute, or you can provide a simple census file and we’ll take care of the rest! All you have to do is let your employees know about the program. We’ll even supply the employee handouts!
    If your employees have existing Tuition Rewards through an organization that is no longer active in our program, we can quickly convert your entire company to our new program. SAGE Scholars Employer Direct is a quick and easy way to ensure that employees’ Tuition Rewards accounts continue to grow!
