The Restaurant School offers its 433 students associates and bachelor degrees with majors in Culinary Arts, Pastry Arts, Restaurant Management and Hotel Management.

A recently-expanded, popular 130-seat restaurant with a 45-foot atrium ceiling is part of the Philadelphia-based college's 28,000-square foot facility. All full-time and part-time culinary and pastry students participate in a seven-day tour of France. Management students participate in a seven-day tour of the culinary facilities of Disney World in Orlando.
