Founded in 1946 by the Congregation of Holy Cross from the University of Notre Dame, King’s is a liberal arts Catholic college located on a small urban campus in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania. Our atmosphere is friendly and inviting, with a strong sense of community.

Year after year King’s ranks highly in the national reviews by the top college issues of major publications. U.S. News & World Report’s list of Best Colleges, Barron’s Best Buys in College Education – both have consistently included King’s in their national rankings. We’ve received accreditations by the most highly respected organizations in many of our academic programs, including The Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB-International) for the William G.
