Kaitlin Meyer
Kaitlin Meyer is a Master's student at Ohio State University (OSU), and is writing a thesis on snow microstructure inspired by her love for skiing. She earned a B.A. in Liberal Arts from Wyoming Catholic College (WCC). WCC holds its students to a high standard: failing one class means failing out of the school, and all the classes are mandatory! Meyers learned by immersing herself in great authors, encountering first principles, and asking the age-old questions of humanity anew. She also worked as an instructor for backpacking, skiing, and climbing trips. Meyers went on to pursue further education in the sciences, studying as a post-Baccalaureate student at Montana State University in her hometown before attending OSU. After navigating through many different schools and aspects of undergraduate education, Kaitlin enjoys sharing from her unique background and has a passion for working with and mentoring undergraduate students. When she is not writing or studying, Kaitlin can be found skiing, rock climbing, reading, or wood-burning.Articles By Kaitlin Meyer
